Today, we had a busy morning baking vanilla cupcakes. The class worked amazingly well in small groups to follow the recipe and to take it in turns to measure and mix the ingredients. In the afternoon, we made some buttercream icing and decorated our cakes with (lots of) icing and of course plenty of sprinkles!
The best bit was most definitely eating the cakes at the end!! They were delicious!
